DreamMaster Protocol™ — REM-Code Activation System
These are the terms and conditions under which SNAP S.R.L.S. offers access to the products and services available on www.dreammasterprotocol.com. Please read them before purchasing.
The following terms, singular or plural, have the meanings below:
2.1The purchase contract is concluded when the order form is correctly completed and submitted. The form includes the buyer's details, order summary, price, any additional charges, payment method, delivery method and time, information on the right of withdrawal, and consent to data processing.
2.2After receiving the order, the Owner sends a confirmation email and/or displays a printable confirmation page summarizing the order.
2.3The Terms are not effective between the parties without the confirmation described in 2.2.
2.4The Owner may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after their publication. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
2.5DreamMaster Protocol™ is an educational training program. It is not medical or psychological advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Results vary from person to person and depend on individual practice; no specific result is guaranteed.
3.1To purchase, Users provide true and complete information in the order form, or check out as guests. In all cases Users must accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
3.2Users with an account are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe.
3.3The Owner is not liable for loss, disclosure, theft or unauthorized use of User credentials by third parties.
4.1Users may close their account through the Website, where available, or by writing to Support@DreamMasterProtocol.com.
4.2If these Terms or applicable laws are violated, the Owner may suspend or terminate the User's account.
5.1Purchases are open to Consumers and non-Consumers.
5.2Under Article 3(1)(a) of the Consumer Code, Consumers are natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity.
5.3Purchases by individuals are allowed only from the age of eighteen (18).
5.4The Owner describes Products as accurately as possible. Product images and mockups on the Website are illustrative and not contractually binding.
5.5The Owner may reject an order if: (i) the Product is unavailable; (ii) payment authorization is denied; (iii) the displayed price is clearly incorrect. In these cases the User is notified and any payment is refunded.
6.1The Owner may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already concluded.
6.2Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where applicable. Any additional taxes or fees are shown before you confirm the purchase.
6.3The User pays using the methods and timing shown at checkout.
6.4Accepted methods are those shown at checkout (credit/debit card and other methods offered by our payment processors, such as Stripe and PayPal where available).
6.5Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after the Owner receives the request.
6.6Payments are processed by third-party providers. The Website does not store or access full payment data (card numbers, security codes, passwords).
6.7If the payment provider denies authorization, the Product is not delivered and the Owner is not responsible for the resulting delay or non-delivery.
The User receives a receipt or invoice for each purchase, based on the information provided at checkout. The User is responsible for the accuracy of that information.
8.1Products are digital and delivered immediately after payment is confirmed.
8.2Access instructions and download links are sent by email to the address entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and contact support.
8.3The Owner is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by force majeure or by third-party service interruptions.
8.4In those cases, the Owner's only obligation is to refund the amount paid, where applicable.
9.1Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, except as set out in 9.2.
9.2For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun if the Consumer has given express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Article 59(1)(o) of the Consumer Code). This does not limit the 30-Night Plan Guarantee in Section 10.
9.3To withdraw, contact the Owner at Support@DreamMasterProtocol.com.
9.4If the withdrawal applies, the Owner refunds the amount paid without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of being informed.
9.5Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
10.1In addition to, and without affecting, your statutory rights, the Owner offers a voluntary commercial guarantee called the 30-Night Plan Guarantee.
10.2How it works. If for any reason the Products are not right for you, email Support@DreamMasterProtocol.com within 30 days of your purchase date from the email address used for the order, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that order.
10.3No forms and no reason are required.
10.4You keep everything. After a refund you may keep the materials you received, including the bonuses and audio, for personal use.
10.5Refunds are processed within 14 days of the request, to the original payment method.
10.6The guarantee applies once per customer per product. The Owner may decline requests that show clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
You may use this form (optional) and send it to Support@DreamMasterProtocol.com before the withdrawal period expires:
12.1Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided by the Consumer Code (Articles 135-bis and following), where applicable.
12.2This legal guarantee applies only to Consumers. For non-Consumers, Articles 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code apply.
12.3If a Product is not in conformity (for example, a file is missing, corrupted or cannot be accessed), the Consumer is entitled to have it brought into conformity free of charge and, where this is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract, as provided by law.
12.4To use this guarantee, contact Support@DreamMasterProtocol.com.
13.1The Owner is not liable for fraudulent or improper use of payment methods by third parties, provided the Owner has taken due care.
13.2Users agree to hold the Owner (including its agents, consultants and employees) harmless from claims or damages caused by the User's violation of the law or of these Terms.
13.3To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for: (i) indirect or unforeseeable losses; (ii) loss of business opportunities or income; (iii) misuse of the Products by Users or third parties; (iv) incorrect tax documents caused by inaccurate User data.
13.4To the extent permitted by law, the Owner's liability shall not exceed twice the amount paid by the User. This limit does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it.
14.1The Owner is not responsible for failing to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as internet outages, strikes, natural disasters, cyber attacks or third-party service interruptions.
14.2Obligations are suspended while such events last.
14.3The Owner will make every reasonable effort to resume service as soon as possible.
15.1The Website may contain links to third-party sites. The Owner has no control over them and is not responsible for their content.
15.2Some third-party services used through the Website (for example, payment processors) are subject to their own terms.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms is effective unless made expressly in writing.
If any provision is found illegal or invalid, it is removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
19.1These Terms are governed by Italian law. For non-Consumers, the court of the Owner's registered office has exclusive jurisdiction.
19.2If the User is a Consumer, the court of the Consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction, as provided by law.
19.3If you live outside the European Union (for example in the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand), nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
20.1For any complaint, please contact Support@DreamMasterProtocol.com first: most issues are resolved within a few days.
20.2The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers may still use the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies and the courts available under the law of their country.
